Chifrando technology Services Nigeria Limited ("chifrando" or "we") operates an ecommerce platform consisting of a website and mobile application ("marketplace"), together with supporting Service providers and Real estate, for the sale and purchase of consumer products in Nigeria ("territory").

any VAT liability or other tax liability that we may incur in relation to any sale, supply or purchase made through our marketplace, where that liability arises out of your failure to pay, withhold, declare or register to pay any VAT or other tax properly due in any jurisdiction.

8. Product and Service Description

Chifrando.com tries to be as accurate as possible.However, chifrando.com does not warrant that product or service description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service offered on chifrando.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

9. Pricing and Typographical error

If chifrando.com comes across any difference in pricing resulting from typographic errors with regards to pricing or product/service information, chifrando.com shall have the right to rectify the same or cancel the order(s) and refund monies, if any, collected from the customer within 10-15 business days of such corrective action taken. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order. Cash on Delivery order refunds will be done by cheque.

10. Cancellation of order

Chifrando.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where chifrando.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the chifrando.com policy or for any reason. However, chifrando.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.

11. Formation of Contract:

An order remain a request and can only be valid when part/full payment is paid through any of our payment options and can only be treated when part/full payment is confirmed into our account or received by a staff at our pickup venue office only.

12. Payment and Pricing:

Due to circumstances beyond our control unknown to us about the prices showed for any item in error or not visible enough correctly on the website, it's our statutory duty to accept an order, cancel or refuse to honor a purchase request on that mispriced item even when payment have been made into our account or office, within 24 hours your refund will be paid back to you and a notification will be sent in this regards.

We accept coupon codes place for promotional services on our website which grant you more privilege to order goods at a discounted rate, you can also take advantage of our very discounted rate offered only to Esteem customers. Please note also our coupon codes for promotional offer cannot be replace for cash and we have statutory right to make a voucher code invalid at any time.
