chifrando.com doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.



Yes We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products.



You can start by visiting the homepage and clicking on a category name from the category menu on the down side of the website. This shows all the products we have within that category. If you know what you are looking for just type the name of the product or brand in our search bar at the top of the page and click Search icon.



Shopping on chifrando is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy just follow the steps below: Click on ADD TO CART to add this product to your cart Click on Cart in the top right corner Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password >> Enter your shipping/address information ensuring your address is complete and accurate >> Choose Delivery Method >> Door Delivery or Pickup Station >> Choose your preferred Payment Method >> Click on CONFIRM ORDER to complete your order. Once your order is placed we will either automatically confirm it or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. (Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order) You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account and going to My order section and click on see details to further track the status you can click on See status history

There are no hidden costs or charges when you order from Chifrando. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.



Delivery costs are the costs incurred by Chifrando and our logistics partners to bring your ordered items to the delivery addresses / pickup station indicated.



No we do not provide international delivery

When you shop on Chifrando you can be rest assured that you can return your product in most cases within 7 days for eligible items. Note: - When returning an item ensure all seals tags and accessories are left intact and item is in it's original packaging otherwise your return will be rejected. - In case of return for change of mind reason the item should be eligible for this reason and be sealed unused and in its original brand packaging otherwise your return will be rejected. No you do not have to return your entire order. You can return the specific item selected and the quantity you prefer to return.



Yes any free gifts or accessories received with your item/order must also be returned.



Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning it. For example a ceiling fan returned for not working would be tested extensively and if the claims are right a refund/replacement will be processed but if during the test it works the item will be redelivered to you. You can choose from one of the available payment methods on Chifrando listed below. - Access Bank transfer (offline) - Kuda Bank transfer (offline) - Credit/Debit Card - Paystack - Wallet funds You will be required to select your preffered payment option at checkout.



At the end of the checkout choose Paystack / Flutterwave as your preferred payment option and follow the steps after confirming your purchase. Make sure that your bank activated your Credit Card for online payments. Please note that Chifrando provides the utmost security on your payments.



When paying with Debit / Credit card on Chifrando we will ask you for your 16 digit Card number and expiry date and CVV (Card Verification Value) / Security code. Please note that Chifrando doesn't save your card information (unless you specify) or CVV information and you will be asked to enter it each time you purchase on Chifrando.



The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks. 3D secure password is an additional one-time password that you will be asked to enter on the payments page. This password is known only to you and is sent to you via email or text. This ensures that only you can use your card securely for online purchases.



If you experience trouble completing payment through debit/credit card first thing to do is to make sure that your card is activated for online payments and that you have enough funds/ credit limit to complete the transaction. Your bank can help you verify these details and you can contact them directly.
